SundaySermon - Prince - Until Christ is formed in you!

Until Christ is formed in you! The Christian life is devoted until Christ is fully developed in us. This wilful effort  involves a complete change of character. But when this is fully developed, people will see Christ and not us.  ‭‭ Verse: Galatians‬ ‭4:19‬  [19] Oh, my dear children! I feel as if I’m going through labor pains for you again, and they will continue until Christ is fully developed in your lives.  And Christ was formed in the literal sense in Mary. God chose Mary to carry out his purpose. And Mary accepted the will of God but that journey was not easy. This involved travelling to Bethelehem... not finding a place.... but Jesus was formed and born into this world for all to see.  Angiush This journey of Christ being formed in us is a difficult journey as well. We need to strive to reach the full development of Jesus in us. There is sorrow and hardship ‭‭ Verse: 2 Corinthians‬ ‭7:10‬ [10] For the kind of sorrow God wants us to experience leads us aw...

SundaySermon - Lawrence -

Ruth When you are going through a hard time, we look for a place that alleviates this pain. The family of Naomi moved from Bethlehem to Moab. Things didn't turn out well. The family lost their men to death and the three women were left all alone without protection. Noami didn't have the capacity to care for her daughter-in-laws. She advised them to find a new family as they were young.... But Ruth decided to stick with Naomi and here is what she said... ".... where you die, I will die...."   ( Verse: Ruth 1:17 ) Noami didn't have much to offer but she was ok with Ruth joining as long as expectations was clear. Naomi didn't have much to offer and here is what Noami said. Verse: Ruth 1:21 21 I went away full, but the Lord has brought me home empty. Why call me Naomi when the Lord has caused me to suffer[a] and the Almighty has sent such tragedy upon me?” Oftentimes, we blurt un-truth in our hard times. Naomi had no idea what God had planned for their family.  C...

SundaySermon - Prince - The Potter's Hand

The Potter's Hand God made us for a specific purpose. And God is molding us through the course of our life for his purpose.  Verse: ‭‭Jeremiah‬ ‭18:1‭-‬6‬ ‭NLT‬‬ [1] The Lord gave another message to Jeremiah. He said, [2] “Go down to the potter’s shop, and I will speak to you there.” [3] So I did as he told me and found the potter working at his wheel. [4] But the jar he was making did not turn out as he had hoped, so he crushed it into a lump of clay again and started over. [5] Then the Lord gave me this message: [6] “O Israel, can I not do to you as this potter has done to his clay? As the clay is in the potter’s hand, so are you in my hand.   What came about all this molding? It is the delight of the Lord at the His workmanship or masterpiece. ‭‭ Verse: Ephesians‬ ‭2:10‬ ‭NLT‬‬ [10] For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago. Three pointers The Spoilt Vessel Another Vessel The Yielded Vessel ...
