Emotional Intelligence Stages
- Self Awareness - Aware of your own emotions and how you affects others
- Self Regulations - Managing your emotions and understanding triggers
- Motivation - Being motivated to succeed and keep going (help - God, Godly people). If you are able to reach out for help vertically (God) and horizontally (Godly people), we approach the Cross
- Empathy - Understand the feeling of others - Seeing the perspective from other person's shoes
- Social Skills - Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships. This helps you to be successful.
